Keep getting duplicate DNS entries.

This cannot be a normal occurrence. I constantly get duplicate IP to hostname mappings in DNS. Sometimes there will be 4 or 5 names mapped to one IP.

What can I do to eliminate this?

Thanks!!!

Are your workstations configured to Register in DNS? Also, what is the length of your DHCP lease?

Are there any issues logged in the Event Viewer that may give you a clue?
