I am in a company that has a 91AS web server and an 8i database. A third party installed all the software, including Discoverer. Our problem is that we cannot access Discoverer thru a browser. We are guessing that some missing files are the problem (locator.ior and others), but are not sure how to fix this. My question is: 'Can we re-install Discoverer over the installation that is currently on our server, or do we need to uninstall what we have, and then re-install from scratch?' Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
