I have recently started using the ALoha POS. Slight problem the waitress were making bogus sales to train and they are still in the system. I was hoping to delete them but they are from a previous day. Any ideas. I dont want to pay taxes on them when they aren't real.

You can't change data from previous days. What you can do is do a reprint check, then subtract those taxes from your quarterly sales report.
To prevent that, you need to setup a training jobcode. If you don't know how to do that, let us know, then I'll write out long explanation on how to do it.
