I have a post-build step that does a simple DOS "copy" command. It works on my machine at work but not on my machine at home. At home, VC tells me "Bad command or file name."
"Copy" is found from any directory in a DOS window on the same machine.
I've checked my executable directories under the settings tab. They include the four VC directories, Windows, Windows\System, Windows\System32, Windows\System\WBem and Windows\Command.
I'm on VC6, SP5.
I have re-installed VC since upgrading to Win2k. I orginally had WinMe on this system (came that way) and wonder if this is yet another case of that OS biting me.
Any ideas out there?
