Bad Blocks on Drive

I have a Sun OS 5.6 system.

When I run FSCK I get the following errors. I have run FSCK serveral times. How can I hopefully fix this problem.

No! We have an outdated Commvault system that runs on this Sun server.
 
if you fsck a metadevice (d5), did you detach second submirror or is this a striped volume?
I suggest to fsck the /dev/rdsk/ device (if possible)
do you see errors/warnings in messages? I think if it is realy a disk error you should have messages entries. I think it is a faulty filesystem, you can't fix this, if a fasck or "fsck -Y ..." doesn't fix it. I suggest to restore data from a tape when the filesystem was ok (if this makes sense)
