Hi,
When I do lsvg vgone it comes back with
0516-086 lqueryvg: Volume group descriptor area has a bad block.

Is there a way to recover from this error?I tried varyoffvg but gives the same error.

what about:

synclvodm rootvg

I guess the system reboot would also solve this issue.

I remember I had a similiar issue whem my AIX (installaed on SAN disks) lost connection to this SAN disks for a few minutes. After I rebooted it I got rootvg alive again.
