Bad Batch Detail Response error

I just had a problem with my Aloha EDC last night. When I tried to settle the batch, I got a "bad batch detail response, INVLD data" error. Can someone tell me how I solve this problem...Does it have to do with internet being down in the area all day, just because Qwest was unable to fix it on time?

You must either have dial out for backup if you don;t have internet. Did you turn on POS processing before you had internet? If so, depending n your version you could have lost all your spooled transactions.
