Bad Bad Problem. Dell /w Cerc ATA100 RAID

Server is a Dell600SC with a CERC ATA100 Raid Card running SBS2000. It was running RAID1 with 2x 120Gb IDE Hard Disk.

I'm left with a situtation in which the RAID card has lost the array (mirror), someone has reconnected the first disk to the normal IDE (so they can continue working) and left it running for a week. And now I've been asked to help out! Is it possible to recreate the array without loss of data?

With the help of Symantec, is it possible to duplicate the disk using Ghost? Fat Chance?!

Where can I download the Dell Open Array bootable CD/disk that supports the CERC controller?
