bad backup card how to remove error message 1

we had a bad backup card in a customer system.

it was supposed to run auto backups but now ext 10 it says error backup failed.

i turned off the auto backups but how do i remove the error message

Go to ext 10 or 11 with a display phone, then
1. feature 0 0
2. left intercom
3. left intercom
4. #1234 will clear alarm
5. feature 0 0
