Bad address email not notifying Administrator

For some reason, messages coming into the exchange server are not bouncing to the administrator when they have a bad mailbox address. How can I change this setting to have all bad inbound mail addresses go to the administrator account in Exchange Server 5.5?

go to the imc and there is an admin account field. Fill in your name.
