Backweb Lite, What Is It, Shouls it Be Removed 2

G'day,

I did a scan with Spy Bot, one of the items found was Backweb Lite, 58 entries for it ........ but the box next to it is not checked for removal, should this be removed, anyone no why Spy Bot Identified it, but did not put the x in the box next to it for removal. Than you.

some PC vnedors use it for their Help options (HP for example). however, i have deleted it because it is an option i do not like and it just seems to be an easy conduit for intrusions.

Spybot is allowing you to decide on any action to be taken, this is its normal procedure. Tick the box and select "Fix problems" if you decide to remove anything. Spybot will backup whatever it removes allowing you a restore option should you need it.
