Backups not Running as Scheduled

As anyone seen this issue before. I have a set of servers that runs Full backups on Fridays (weekly) and Incrementals on Mon-Thurs. For the last two weeks one server has only been backing up just Fulls everyday. The Policy has not change and I've looked at the client's schedule and it does not show anything but the scheduled policy. I have to retain data for 7 days and 2 cycles, but with the Fulls going everyday I dont have the room for it. Any suggestions for the fix?

I am using Simpana 8 SPK 4.

Run a report for that server for incrementals for a week range and see what it says is happening.

Double check your scheduling and associations. I've run into this before and it's always been because I skimmed over something in the scheduling/associations somewhere.
