Backups Failing- Refers to Top of Information store

I'm having a peculiar problem with my backups using Backup exec 8.6 ver, although the byte count is close to normal i.e 10gb approx full and 3gb for differential

The job status shows as failed due to the following reasons in the job log printout:

Difference encountered in file data
The file myusername [myusername]\Top of information store\inbox\wendy's notes is different

It goes on for pages and pages with the same error refering to other items in all user mailboxes. I don't what all this means.If someone has an idea why this is happening, i'll appreciate the input.

Hi all, i have got this same message after i did some changes to the OFO size. Before this, the verify works fine but job still end up with errors due to 'Insufficient system resources exist to initialize OFO'. Any idea how to resolve as job keep showing as Failed.

hi parkdragon, thanks for your advice. I manage to correct the OFO but now the verifying part has some so call 'error' message. It says 'Difference encountered in file data.' and this happens after changes were made to the OFO. Not so sure is it OFO settings is causing the above error. I have enclose the log file:
