BackupRestore.jar missing 1

I've been having numerous issues with one of our IPO units and needed to reformat/recreate the primary SD.

I reformmated the card but when I went to recreate it I get, "File "C:\Program\etc\etc\BackupRestore.jar" cannot be found in the Manager installation. Operation cannot proceed".

Running v11.0.0.2.0 build 23

Do a repair installation of Manager and it should install the file on your computer to be placed on the SD card or uploaded via Embedded File Manater

I had the same problem with 11.0.0.2.0. I used the latest release which fixed it.
