backuping my data

my Host servise uses a common MySQL for all it's members. Each can have as may databases as he/she pleases, but we have no admin privileges. How can I backup my data?

Use mysqldump; I don't believe it requires admin priviledges. It will allow you to export your tables to an ASCII comma (or otherwise)-delimited text file, and you can also dump the SQL commands it took to create the tables & indexes.
