Backupexec Version 7.01 problem

Hi all,

The problem I have might be a simple one for you pros out there.
I have a daily back-up job schedule started which back-ups daily except on Saturdays and sundays. If I want to restore from a certain date, I would have to select the job by the tape serial number. I would like to select the job by the date it was backed-up rather than the serial number.
The only date given in the 'Restore Selections' window is that date when the job was created (Feb 19). I want that to be a variable date which updates daily.

Any tips or pointers would be appreciated.

Wow, that goes back a while.
In the restore selection tab, on the left hand side at the top, you should see a little globe. Right click on that globe and select "Volume View". If you drill down into the server and drive, you should see the date of the actual backup.
