Friday night, we installed an off site backup called Red Boomerang, this morning I came in and checked BackupExec and all of a sudden "the service is not installed or is not running" error comes up and I cannot Start or Restart the service. Anyone else have compatibility issues?

Ok well I figured out what the problem is...
I disabled Administrator account on the server and I guess BCKUPEXEC was using Administrator credentials. The problem is, I went into Services and changed the Log on info but still cannot start the Backup Exec Job Engine...
