Is there any way that I can set Backup Exec to log off any users who either forgot to log off or are still working.
We have the backup to run at 11 pm.

Why? Backup Exec should be able to backup the machine/workstation if the user is logged on/off.
Unless your having problem with open pst files.

How can I configure Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 to backup
SQL Server 2000 properly without any exeptions. We are a medical software provider, and or electronic medical records software is constantly running so SQL is constantly
"in use".

Better yet, have SQL do it's own backups to disk. Then backup those files to tape.
