BackupExec 9.1 and Sony AIT-1 Turbo unrecognized media

Hi,

Here is my config :
- Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 rev 4691
- Windows 2003 server
- Adaptec Ultra320 SCSI
- Tape drive : Sony AIT-1 Turbo (SDX-450v)
- Tape : Sony TAIT 1 40c Turbo

I cannot run any action with this tape drive (inventory, backup etc...)

I've checked that this device is well supported with this version of BackupExec. So I have re-installed Veritas to get the option "use Veritas drivers for tape drives (recommanded)"

But I still can't use my drive. I get the error :
a000821e - Library error - incompatible storage media detected in robotic library.


I saw that a User on this forum had the same issue with an AIT-E drive but he didn't say how he resolved the issue.

Can someone help me please ?
