BackupEdge Recover error

I've just upgraded a UnixWare 7.1.3 server to 7.1.4. I've also upgraded BackupEdge from 02.00.01 to 02.01.04. Now, when I try to make the RecoverEdge media onto floppy disks, it fails after a minute or so when it's building the package, and says

Error Enabling Statics - No such file or directory.

The window that pops up obliterates an error on the screen, but what I can see says...

????c: STATIC_LIST failed on 'pcic????

I've emailed Microlite, but I'd really like to sort it today (Sunday).

I don't know much about these things, but I think it's a missing library file (maybe one that's not required by the OS)

I'd appreciate some pointers on how to find out what's causing the problem, and how to fix it.
