My apologies the line should read:

This will give you both SWU and A1. If you only want the SWU replace ALL with SWU.

I think that the PAS area could be full.

Start a new regen as follows:

cha-vegas:swu,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,regen,yourname;

Where x has to be 17 characters of your choice. I normally use my name and include the date.

dis-vegas,

The SWU should now be reserved with your name.

sta-regen:yourname,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,n,,,,,,swu;

Once the regen has finished

sta-info:"as:/",s;

You should now see your regen file in the list. To list it as below

sta-list:"as:xxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx/re/swu",,,m,y,c;

If you are unable to perform the regen try deleting some old regen files using the amo

sta-del:"as:xxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx/re/all";

You have used up more extensions than you are licenced for.
Delete 2 non used extensions and it should go back into licence again and then you can administer it again.

Telephony Plus shows the system is contracted for 104 but 106 has been used. The codeword has been violated.
As previously stated please try temporarily detaching the dongle and then re-attaching it.
After this try: reg-codew; and then re-add the codeword.
You will not be able to administer the system with codeword in its current state.

As sbcsu replied, have you tried deleting a couple of unused extensions. If so what does the codeword display after you did that?
Not sure that you'll be able to delete any thing as the del-sbcsu/scsu may not be available with the codeword as it is.

you will have to
CHANGE-CODEW:TRIAL=YES;
this will give you a 30 day grace licence,
then you can delete the relevant extensions.
If you
DISPLAY-SDSU:STATUS=LICBLOCK&LICMARK,TYPE=PEN,LEVEL=PER3;
that will allow you to see what is blocking the licences.
You can then decide to delete them and then it will go back into Codeword.
To finish you have to
CHANGE-CODEW:TRIAL=NO;
You can then administer the system as normal.
You will have to buy more licences to add more extensions, however it is unusual to have hardware but not licences for them, maybe there is a new codeword for your system and it has not been supplied/installed.

Trial Mode for codeword as suggested by sbcsu was introduced in HiPath 4000 V2 when the licensing was changed to Comscendo using a SIM card.
Looking at your display of Codeword you're system is probably a Hicom 300E.
Unless you have your own emergency dongle with your own codeword you will have a problem here.
Looks like you will need a new codeword to provide additional licences.
Do you have a backup MO that has not been updated that you can load the system from?
