am using Arcserve2000 v7 (sp3). Backup just won't start. Can this be installed on NT4 SP5 server? Pls. help.

ARCserve 2000 will work on nt4 service pack 5, however the latest MSI must be installed on the server. The backs should however be starting on your server. Are time conditions set properly on your server? Are you submitting the job through terminal services?
