backup with nortar manager 3.5

I have a fastrad on a on a mics version "T1 Release 1" using norstar manager 3.5 i can programed my system but i dont know how to make a backup of it. can it be done. When i use Norstar Remote Utilities 10.0 i get a message saying that T1 Release 1 is not suported

please help
 
think you need nru 8 or 9 to go backwards all the way to 8x24

i tried NRU 8.1 and i get the same message. and its not a 8x24 its a 0x32

 
you should be able to do the backup from norstar manager

rclguy, Using Norstar Manager, click on the Scheduler item in the task bar. It will drop down with the items you need to run the backup. Make sure you add the customer site first, then have that one highlighted when going to the scheduler. Select the RUN-NOW option to make it start.
Your 3.5 will work fine.
