Backup Update Error! (on Philips SOPHO iS3000)

Hi there everybody!

We're facing this issue where we can't perform any changes under OM command. Only display commands are working.
Every time we send any command like CHCASC, OM returns BACKUP UPDATE ERROR (see image).

We don't know what is wrong. Any hint!?!?

Hi!

We've found a solution!
This message (backup update error) means that there is an error on the file structure.
So, in order to fix this you have to rebuild the LBU files.

I´ve grabbed some files we have running inside another SOPHO iS3000, and copied our licenses and configuration files. (.lic and .pom).
Thats it.
