Guys,

Do you remember the path where all the CCM .txt and .dlsc files are stored, I require to manually backup all this before attempting to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1.

I have already backed up the database but I still need to backup the rest of data.

Cheers,

Daniel

This is from Course Manual:

* * * IMPORTANT NOTE * * * Please note that this procedure backs up:  Configuration data, this is a .XML that contains all the programming done in CCMWeb and YourSite Explorer. e.g. IVR configuration, in addition to Queues, Groups, Employees, Logins, Media Servers, Make Busy Reasons, etc.  Media files this is all the .wav files used by the system  Workflow this is all the IVR Workflow data This backup DOES NOT INCLUDE telephony data (Ayyyymmdd.txt & Syyyymmdd.txt files) flexible report templates, license files or activation files (CCMv5.dlsc) you must therefore backup this data separately.

Not sure on V7 but I know on V6 it was
C:\Program Files (x86)\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\DataDirectory\Node_xx <== xx would depend on how many nodes(systems) you had

You could then use these to resummarize the data back in to the DB.
