Guys,
Do you remember the path where all the CCM .txt and .dlsc files are stored, I require to manually backup all this before attempting to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1.
I have already backed up the database but I still need to backup the rest of data.
Cheers,
Daniel
This is from Course Manual:
* * * IMPORTANT NOTE * * * Please note that this procedure backs up: Configuration data, this is a .XML that contains all the programming done in CCMWeb and YourSite Explorer. e.g. IVR configuration, in addition to Queues, Groups, Employees, Logins, Media Servers, Make Busy Reasons, etc. Media files this is all the .wav files used by the system Workflow this is all the IVR Workflow data This backup DOES NOT INCLUDE telephony data (Ayyyymmdd.txt & Syyyymmdd.txt files) flexible report templates, license files or activation files (CCMv5.dlsc) you must therefore backup this data separately.
