Hey Ladies and Gents

Lets say I have Veritas 11d running on a server with a broken tape drive. Anyway I can backup to local disk or network disk?

I lost the documentaion and cant find it on the Symantec site. Im new to Veritas (used ArcServe before).

Can anyone direct me to the correct link for the documentation or provide with some steps? Thanks!

Yes,

You can create a backup to disk folder on another networked machine with drive space and back up to it there.

Tools--wizard-backuptodisk wizard

Awesome!

I missed that.

Once you create the Back up to Disk you can use it when creating a backup job.

Thanks!
