backup time doubled overnight; Exchange server?

Exchange 5.5 SP4
Veritas Backup Exec 7.3
Windows NT 4

The time its taken for the backup to complete has doubled overnight. I've examined the log files and coulnd't find anything peculiar. It is backing up more than just the Exchange, but I'm told the problem might be w/Exchange.
It is backing up the same amount of data.

Any Ideas?

I think me and you have exactly the same problem... Do you have the Accelerator agent loaded on the Backup Server??

This could be the problem...
