Backup the Exchange directory and Information Store Failure

Hi all,

I have backup my Exchange 5.5 on winnt4.0 using Veritas 7.3.
I have selected three items, Microsoft Exchange Directory, Information Store and Mailboxes. But the backup had failed with the following log message:

What is the problem of that?? How can I solve it??

Now, I just backup the Mailboxes only and the job is successful. What will I miss when I try to restore the backup?? Is it work if I only backup the mailboxes??
