What would be my best backup strategy considering the following:

I'm using SBS backup which obviously make a full backup every day and stores it locally on server disk. Unfortunately at 60 GB per daily backup it is not feasable to have too many backup sets, plus if the server crashes we first have to recover the data from server disk.
I have however have a DLT VS160 tape drive in another box and its backing up the SBS box via the network incl the 60 Gb SBS backup files.
So i have 2 sets of backups, but i personally feel i should stop using SBS backups and install the tape device in the SBS server and do daily incrementals with end of week full backups.

As long as you get the system state and other files you will be able to restore the server.
