What is the command line to check the status or backup completion of a specific client? I want to check the status for the last 6 months.

thanks,
jaq

6 months huh?

Well, You can generate a list of all backup images for a specific client with bpimagelist...

try
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpimagelist -U -client <clientname> -d MMDDYY -e MMDDYY

instead of using the -d & -e you can also use -hoursago xxx

Just because the VERITAS documentation states a certain thing does not make it a fact and that is truth.

as far as the status codes for errors in the last 6 months...you can only get info for as long as you keep the error logs. too late for now but you could start using bperror as comtec17 suggested and squirrel it away for future reference.
