Backup States Failed, but I am still able to restore off backup job

I am running WIN NT Server 4.0 with Backup Exec 8.5. I am backing up my Exchange Server 5.5 remotely. The backup states that it failed, but when I look at the restore options everything looks fine. The only problem is that I have two mail boxes with red X's through them. Does anyone know what this means?

Have you checked the backup log file or the event log?

You'll probably find that you don't have permission to back them up.

I did too much with backup exec and exchange this weekend, did not even think about my logs. I have a couple corrupt e-mails causing my probem. Thanks
