Backup Solution

Hi All,
I wonder if anyone can help.
Im looking for a backup solution for my servers.
6 Servers - Windows 2000 + IIS + Cold Fusion Server
3 Servers - Windows 2000 + SQL Server 2000
2 Servers - RH Linux 7.3 + Qmail

They all have their own RAID array, no network attached storage. And their all located at our remote un-manned data center.

I need a backup solution that can be administered remotely via web or Terminal Services.

Also what backup medium would you recommend Automated tape library or backup onto hard disk?

Im also intrested in the disaster recovery option that allows a server to be brought back up from OS+Apps+Data.

We are currently reviewing our existing backup strategy and have looked into the following products:
Veritas NetBackup
CA BrightStor
Commvault Galaxy

We have quite a few Windows and UNIX servers at our location, both local and remote, so we have concentrated on the enterprise level editions of each of these vendors. With the limited number of servers that you have, you can probably get away with the lower versions that they offer.

As far as tape device vs. disk, we are looking at backing up to disk and then archiving to tape for off-site protection. The backup-to-disk feature is great in that your backup and restore times are greatly reduced; the down-side is that it can get expensive if you have a lot of data to backup and want to keep it retained for a long time.

For the tape device, I'd recommend a robotic library so that you do not have to manually change tapes and would suggest that you look at LTO and SDLT (beware of Mammoth-2...).
