Backup software for SBS or Exchange

Can anybody recommend a good simple backup software to use on SBS or Server 2003 with Exchange 2003.
Have used Symantec Backup Exec 10d, but keep having problems.

Backup Exec is still my favorite. I'd resolve the problems before even thinking about moving to something else.

10d is good.
BE is better.
ntbackup is free.

We're moving all of our SBS servers to Retrospect... the SBS price is good and you would be eligible for competitive upgrade so it's be even cheaper. It's a sweet product now.. (used to be pretty crappy) and its VERY easy to use. They send me a demo and i had the first backup running in less than 5 minutes.

Restore can be done at the document level of exchange and can be redirected to any mailbox!!! Having had a bad taste from EMC in the past.. this new version is good2go.
