I need help, Backup Server is Windows 2000 uzing 7.3 SP3 Build 510.

The backup server's drive size is 140 GB, it is also where our indexes reside, but the backup size is only showing 1001 MB in the indexes on the Management console. Also, when I look in the Networker User App, the indexes do not show.

Is this normal for Networker to not backup NSR specific files?

My directive for the server is below:
<< 'C:\' >>
+skip: Cookies*
+skip: pagefile.sys
+skip: *.tmp
+skip: *.TMP
+skip: *.SWP
+skip: *.swp
+skip: BACKUP_EXCLUDE*
+skip: Recycler*
+skip: RECYCLER*

<< 'D:\' >>
skip: pagefile.sys
+skip: Bootstrap
+skip: *.tmp
+skip: *.TMP
+skip: *.SWP
+skip: *.swp
+skip: BACKUP_EXCLUDE*
+skip: Recycler*
+skip: RECYCLER*
+skip: History*
+skip: Tempo*
+skip: Cookies*

<< 'E:\' >>
skip: pagefile.sys
+skip: Bootstrap
+skip: *.tmp
+skip: *.TMP
+skip: *.SWP
+skip: *.swp
+skip: BACKUP_EXCLUDE*
+skip: Recycler*
+skip: RECYCLER*
+skip: History*
+skip: Tempo*
+skip: Cookies*

all the networlker files will not be backed up during a filesystem backup.
After a clients scheduled backup (server initialized backup) is completed the index will be backed up.
After a backupup of the networker server a bootstrap backup ist run wich saves the res and mm folders.
