Backup single database

Hi All,

I am new to Backup Exec, need some help on the simple stuffs, please bear with me.

How to backup an individual database from the "Launch Manual Backup Job" Command?

For backing up the whole harddisk, I type

\\Server001\C$

How about for single SQL database?
I tried \\Server001\databasename but can't work.
