Backup server hang

We use NW6.11 on IBM H80(AIX 4.3.3) with LP8000 HBA(Bull Drv) ,and our tapelib is ATL P7000 with 4 device.
we still have 20 SAN storage node.
NetWorker backup always stop every 4days or 1 week,and nsr process is still living ,nsr_shutdown and /etc/rc.nsr,to restart process,everything is good.After 3-4days,occur again.
Anyone can help me?
