I've been recently backing up our server from my workstation on CD's. As monotonous as this is, it actually works and we have backups. I'm doing this because our tape backup is pooched. What i am thinking of doing is getting external firewire drives. Now I've actually found a firewire card that supports NT but i'm having a hard time finding an external drive that does support NT. I'm wondering if anybody has seen a external firewire hard drive that supports NT or if it is actually feasible to backup my server from my workstation via firewire the same way i'm actually backing up my CD's. Just a question that i hope someone can answer. Thanks in advance for your help.
