Backup Route for Outgoing Calls

I have several phones running off an Option 11 that are routed to local CO exchange for outgoing calls. (NCOS 0) How do I program a "backup route" so if all the local lines are in use that they will go to our T1 (NCOS 6)? (Option 11c in office in the suburbs with a T1 tie to a option 81C located downtown)

You need to make extra RLI entries in your route list block. LD86. If the first route is busy or down then it spills over onto the second / third route etc.
