I'm having problems using this tool. I've had not problems with Backup & Restore until today. I get an error when I try to restore or backup any file. the messages is along the line that because there is an error the backup/restore failed. Just before the message, it trys to load the media (a LaCIE scsi tape drive) but fails. Any clues?
How do I see where the tape drive is ? I've looked in device manager where I guess it's meant to be but with no joy.

in device manager under view there is an option to show hidden...have you try that yet?
