Backup / Restore Nortel Nam2

Hey Guys

I have two NAM 2 voicemail systems 4.1.05 software release.
I backed up system "A" and now want to restore that back-up in system 'B"
System looks at disk one, reads it and come back with error message, install aborted
I have reset the and deleted and reconfig the NAM 2 prior and did the backup or skur file and tried entering it first.

Whats the issue?

You are not clear on which backup.

-You can restore programming to another NAM of same version.
If this is what you are doing then bad disks or reader, there was issues with backup or restore but cannot recall which version.

-You cannot restore Sekur file to any other NAM, that would be cheating and no reason to purchase key codes otherwise.
Process was to put a ticket in with Nortel, have the key codes regenerated to the new NAM, send Nortel in the bad NAM or be billed handsomely if you didn't.
NAM is no longer supported.
