Hello
I've got a real problem. Here's the scenario:
Solaris Server a, solaris 7
Solaris Server b, solaris 9
Solaris Server c, solaris 9
A is the main Server which mounts NFS File System from Server b. On Server b the Filesystem is being mounted on Server a has a i/o error on disk, but it still works. Now, I've made a backup of Server B's Filesystem (which is beeing mountet on Server a) to restore it to Server c. Server a mounts via NFS at the moment the Filesystem which is restored from Server b.
But the Problem is now, I've started a restore via NFS mountet Filesystem on Server a. All owner and groups are changed to nobody. I have no idea why this is happened. The Backup was made by root on the Server a.
Could anybody help me? It's really urgent.. I don't know how long Server b's Disks are available..
Greetings and thanks in forward
