Backup Restoration

We were trying to restore a backup, that was converted from 6.1 to 7.0. After much problems like a DID card being in slot one, we were able to get to the point at which we could begin the restoration of the backup, it would get half way through, then dump me out stating: "Restore Aborted, too many errors during protocol" and "Hybrid Mode Denied (9)" as well. I know what you're all thinking, he doesn't have the hybrid / key dip switches set, nope, they're set. Consequently I'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you cleared out all of your alarms in the error logs?

First off, I would drop it down to JUST THE PROCESSOR Module and see if that "takes". If it does, I would do a "PRINT" of the System Setup to insure that the programming matches exactly how the Modules are plugged into it. If you still can't make it fly, re-post.
