Backup QCC for voicemail? 1

This doesn’t seem correct. How can “0” out calls from mailboxes receive assistance when the console isn’t staffed?
Merlin Magix R4.0 with Merlin Messaging or with Audix, same symptoms. When the QCC operator is in position busy and calls are being directed to a back-up calling group, “O” out calls from the voicemail system still ring @ the QCC. All other calls including unassigned DID’s, regular “0” calls, and calls to LDN ring to the back-up group. Voicemail Call Answer Service operator = 768.
This one has me stumped.

The theory behind 768 as the CASO, is that is NOT a valid number in the Legend's dial plan. So transfers there actually just go to the 1st Logical ID station port, which happens to be the Primary Operator. These calls are not eligible for coverage.

So, try changing the CASO to the LDN, and see if that works as desired.
 
TT you did it again, tested LDN as the CASO and it worked fine. Thanks for your help.
