Backup Procedures - Cognos 7

We are trying to establish and document our backup procedures for Cognos 7 .... across multiple servers. We currently have what Cognos has published but it is only for single server environment.

Does anyone know the additional steps to back up 7?

The same steps with deployment manager for all the servers, i'll suppose..

There's a few additional steps with 7 (Cognos Tech support has mentioned that, but we are waiting for documentation). My main concern (because our datastore has become correct several times) is in regard to IWR and Upfront.
