Backup problem

Hi there!
I have a little problem.
I wanna make a backup from my Server to a Netapp filer and in my Server I mapping the filer on unit B: and it seems to work,
but when I start Backup Exec and I try to add the device, the program give me an error like this:
"Impossible to create the folder. Access denied"
How can I resolve the problem?

Permissions.

Backup Exec jobs run under the Backup Exec JOB Agent account. Look in Services to see what account Backup Exec uses. That account should have access to the Netapp. Is it on a domain? If so, the BE account should be a domain account.
