Backup problem

Hello Everyone

I wonder if anyone can help on this

Whenever I used to backup a W2k server which has Sp3 and i have upgraded it to SP4 with all security patches. Now, I can't back it up it always giveme the following

ServerName: ALL 5 retries attempted
ServerName: All Host BackupServerName Cannot request command Excution
ServerName: All Backup date nsrexec: Host BackupServerName cannot request command Execution
ServerName: All permission Denied

It seems that your NetWorker server is not autorized to initialize a remote command on this client.

On a Windows client, this is defined by the file ..\nsr\res\servers :
- In safe environment you may even delete this file.
- Usually, you just add the NW server's name at the end of the file.
- In both cases, you have to restart the NetWorker Remote Exec Service.
