Backup Outlook email

Need to backup my Outlook email. Everything else I sunch to my PDA. For some reason I can't determine the path and folder these emails are stored in. Who knows?

Do you use an Exchange server? If so, your mails will be stored there. Local files will be stored on your hard drive with a .pst extension.

No, don't have server. I did file search on .pst file type and 1 file came up--> c:\windows\personal.pst which is 75,153,408. Does this one file contain all my emails? If I back up this one file does that backup all my emails?
