Arcserver 6.6 under Netware 5.1 with SP 5 on a Dell Poweredge 2500C. I've been working with Dell the last month on this problem. We changed the Seagate Dat Drive three times. The backup will work with a new tape, but the clean light will come on when it is done. After several times it won't work at all. Arcserver will just give the Error codes E6924, E6925, E6932, E6937, which they tell you to clean the drive. I have also E-mail Computer Assocites and am waiting to hear back. Thought I would try this forum to see if anyone else had a similar experience.
