Backup on a E250

Doing backup on E250 I get this error

the 8514 goes all the way to 8525
Then I get this

This is the errors I get please assit me on this, I would like to backup and make a g-zip file.

So you have two tar.gz files with the same name but different sizes ? Or is that just the "in progress" message before failing ? Have you tried just backing up that file and seeing what happens ? Can you un-tar.gz that file successfully (don't try this on your live database machine as your archive seems to have absolute paths) ? How big is the total backup size compared with media size ? Is Oracle doing the backup ? If so what do it's logs say ?

Always with the questions, why no answers ?
