Backup of SBS 4.5 network

Hi,

We are considering moving from Stac Replica to Backup Exec for Windows NT/2000 (Small Business Server edition).

I want to confirm that the software we choose offers full disaster recovery under SBS 4.5 and also if we upgrade to SBS 2000.

Also, that it can recover to new hardware even if it's not identical to the original (esp. larger hard drives than original).

What alternatives are there for backing up?

Does Arcserve fit the bill? If not, what would you recommend we consider.
